Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is based on number of items purchased, size, weight, and delivery address.

Deliveries in Malta are free of charge.

Deliveries for Gozo carry a charge of € 20.00 per shipment.

For shipment outside Malta please send an email on george@decomalta.com 

The actual shipping cost appears once you complete your purchase/s and supply delivery address if different from billing address after checkout but before order confirmation.

At this stage you may still change your mind if you find us expensive but we believe you won't, as our freight prices are very reasonable.

 

Delivery Method

Most items will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of placing the order. However if an item is out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. We will promptly inform you if there will be a delay in delivery by email or phone. Estimated delivery time is one to seven working days depending on your location.

Needaframe.eu  accepts only the Pay Pal payment system.

Returns & Refunds

For Maltese Clients you are requested to check the product upon delivery for any damages or defect. The delivery man will ask you if you are satisfied and ask you to sign the delivery order.  We do not accept any returns.

 

For product delivered to European countries, the company is not responsible for damages occurring during the delivery period. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you purchase from needaframe.eu  you may return it within 7 days of the receiving date, for a full refund for the price of the product. The cost incurred to retrun the product are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If you have made the wrong choice, please contact us to negotiate.

All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  - Email you within 48 hours if a product you have ordered is out of stock

  - Email you within 48 hours if a product that you ordered is on back order with our suppliers

  - Provide you with an estimated shipping date for any delayed orders

  - Answer your email enquiries with 24 hours.
